You can always upgrade your current service plan. You can also set your renewal (next month's)
plan to any level at any time.
To Upgrade Your Current Plan:
You can wait for Doxpop to notify you when it makes financial sense to upgrade. Doxpop will
guide you through the steps necessary to upgrade.
Go to "My Doxpop", a tab near the top of the screen.
Click on the "Upgrade Now" button in the "My Search Plan" section.
You will be shown your current plan, the plan at the next level, and the cost of the upgrade.
Simply click on "Charge my Account" to make the upgrade complete.
Click on the search counter in the upper left corner.
At the bottom of the "Current Plan" box there is a link to "Upgrade My Plan".
Note: You cannot downgrade your current plan. Therefore, if you wish to have a lower level plan from
the one automatically assigned to you, you need to set your service to your preferred plan before
your account comes up for renewal.
To Change Your Renewal Plan, or Set Your Account to Not Renew:
Go to "My Doxpop"
Click on the renewal button at the bottom of the "My Search Plan" section. The button is located under your account's current renewal information.
"Renewal Plan" is at the bottom of this next screen. Here you may choose a renewal plan from the drop down menu, set your account to automatically renew, or set your account to expire.
If you wish to look at all possible plans, simply click on the fees link and they will
The changes you make here will be effective beginning with the first day of your next billing period.
You can change this as many times as you want between now and that day, and you can always
upgrade once your choice becomes effective.
