If you are not yet set up as a user of the Indiana State Electronic Filing System, you need to first register by providing an email address and password. If you are part of a firm that already has an existing account, please contact your firm's account administrator and ask the administrator to set you up as a user on the firm account (you will need to provide your name and email address).
If you (or your firm) does not yet have an account, you can register for one online through Doxpop. You will be asked whether you wish to create an Attorney account or a Pro Se account.
Use the Attorney account type for sole practitioners, law firms, and organizations with in-house legal counsel. The Attorney account type allows you to have multiple users including attorneys and non-attorneys.
If you are an individual (but not an attorney) or an organization (without an attorney on staff) that wishes to file electronically, register using the Pro Se account type. The Pro Se account type does not allow multiple users.
