My Electronic Filings


The My Electronic Filings page provides information about recent and historical filings.

  • After logging into Doxpop and clicking the e-filing tab; find and click the My Electronic Filings link.


  • Try the Search, Sort, and Filter tools to help find what you need!

    Searching: Will help you narrow down your list of results by:

    • Date range,
    • The location of the filing,
    • And, by the name of the submitter.

    Sorting: Just click the column header to re-order you list of results.

    Filter: Enter an envelope number, name, case number, amount, etc. to find exactly what you are looking for within the parameters of your search.

    To view the envelope's details, just click the to the left of the envelope's number. Now you can see each document's:

    • Description
    • Filing Type
    • The Status of Your Filing
    • A link to view and download your document
    • The Document's Security when submitted
    • Service Information - See more information by clicking the tab to the left
    • Cancel A filing - See more information by clicking the tab to the left

    To Cancel A Filing:
    1. Find the envelope containing the document(s) you need to cancel on the My Electronic Filings page.
    2. If you do not see the envelope, try to use the "Search, Sort, Filter" tool. (There is more information about these tools on the first tab on the left.)

    3. Click the next to the envelope's number
    4. Click the button next to each document.
    Please Note:
  • The documents must be in a "submitted" or "submitting" status.
  • Once the clerk as begun their review, or if the documet has been accepted the will be inactive.
  • You may want to contact the clerk or court if the button is inactive.
  • To Check For Proof Of Service:
    1. Find the envelope containing the document(s) you need to cancel on the My Electronic Filings page.
    2. If you do not see the envelope, try to use the "Search, Sort, Filter" tool. (There is more information about these tools on the first tab on the left.)

    3. Click the next to the envelope's number
    4. Click the button next to a document and a dialog box will pop up with a list of Service Contacts that were served.
    5. Click the button next to the Service Contact and it will provide you with a detailed log:
    Please Note:
  • Although this log contains lots of information that is highly technical and fairly cryptic, it allows you to verify whether the email for service was successfully delivered and to what email address.
