What if an event is missing on my calendar?
There could be a variety of reasons that an event is not on your calendar:
- The event has not yet been entered by the court administrator's office. Depending on the court it may take 24-48 hours to be processed.
- Check that your State Bar ID is entered correctly.
- If you have multiple State Bar ID's, be sure that they are all entered in Doxpop.
- On rare occasions there could have been an error made by the court administrator's office when processing an event or in the transmission of events to Doxpop.
