Blackford County and Randolph County have become the 15th & 16th County Recorders to join the Doxpop network. Very special thanks to these County Recorders and their staff for their efforts in making this a possibility. Another very special welcome to Edgewood Town Court. Edgewood is the 6th City Court to join the Doxpop network.
County Upgrades
Dubois County, Blackford County, Randolph County, and Madison County are the latest counties to offer Doxpop's new Property Watch service. This free service provides property owners with a powerful tool to stop fraud in the early stages. Doxpop Fine Payment is also now available in Decatur, Clinton, and Henry counties, as well as the Bluffton City Court. Drivers can save a trip to the county courthouse by paying their traffic citations on-line with Doxpop FinePay.

Friends, I am pleased to welcome the Blackford County and Randolph County Recorders as the most recent additions to the Doxpop network. Digital images of mortgages, deeds, liens, and other recorded documents from Blackford and Randolph County are now available on Doxpop. We recently released a number of improvements to Doxpop, two of which I would like to bring to your attention. First, when searching for cases by cause number, you no longer need to worry about how many zeros there are in the last section of the case number. For example, 89D03-9405-IF-3230, 89D03-9405-IF-003230, 89D03-9405-IF-00003230 all find the same case. The other new feature worth noting is that non-subscribers can now verify the existence of closed cases; previously they were limited to open cases. This is another step in our ongoing efforts to make more information available at no charge to the general public. Watch for additional changes in the coming months.
